Signature Chocolates

BETA5 was named as One of North America’s Top Ten Chocolatiers by Dessert Professional Magazine, and we have received international recognition for our work. Over the past three years, we have received numerous International Chocolate Awards, and in 2014 we received the most awards of any Canadian competitor at the World Finals in London, England (5 Awards).

Taste, complexity, and ethics are important to us, and we only use directly traded artisanal chocolates. Our hand-finished signature and seasonal chocolates are made in small batches using the finest chocolate from France's storied cacaofèvier, Michel Cluizel.
