With the Holidays just around the corner, our team is busy preparing for the release of a collection of new items to celebrate the season. Join us on Saturday November 15 as we release this year's Holiday Collection in our retail shop, and sample some of our favorites.
Back again this year are Peppermint Patties, Gingerbread Caramels and our Peppermint Crunch Polygon Bar. You won't want to miss this year's collection of Signature Holiday Chocolates, with some of last year's favourites (Sparkling Praline, Egg Nog, and Sweet Potato Caramel), and some new creations like our Yuzu Curd paired with our award-winning, house made Yuzu Marmalade.
If you're looking for something extra special to impress your friends and family, why not indulge in our hand-crafted Chocolate Terrarium (pictured above). Served up in a 12" glass fish bowl, and filled with a dark chocolate pine cone, whipped hazelnut praline branches, peppermint moss, pecan praline and candied orange pebbles, and peanut butter snowballs. This unique centrepiece makes for a great ending to a holiday meal shared with friends and family!
